Purpose: The purpose of this team is to help people of all ages mature as disciples through Christian education, mentorship, and small groups, including settings that are intentionally interactive and intergenerational in approach (1 Cor. 14:26).

Responsibilities:

• Determine/Finalize curriculum for each calendar year
• Have members (one person per course) of the teaching team in the six core classes. Two classes per year for discipleship.
• Promote/create buy-in strategy
• Provide resources for small groups/Bible studies, etc.
• Library/ Maintenance of Church History

Serving Team Leader:

Purpose: The purpose of this team is to understand the needs of our community, organize *service opportunities, and connect persons and small groups within our church to areas of service within the church and outside of it, which will in turn enrich our body through God’s abounding grace (2 Cor. 9-15)

Responsibilities:

• Keeping a list of local ministries and agencies (Reach, First Choice for Women, etc.)
• Organizing hands-on service opportunities for the whole church
• Developing partnerships with local ministries 
• Connecting people to partnerships
• Maintaining our connection with CPM and Reach 
• Community Dinner 
• Connect/ Kids in the Meadow
• Christmas Baskets 
• Communion Offerings 
• Worldwide Mission Support

Caring Team Leader: Judy St. John

Caring Team Members: Joy Grady, Amy Fowler, Louise Luke, Mary Jo Estep

Purpose: The purpose of this team is to surround persons with the love of Jesus, and support them by meeting their genuine needs through all stages of life(James 2:14-1 and 1 John 3:16-17)

Responsibilities:

• Hospital Visitation
• Shut-in Visitation
• Care Calls
• Grief Support
• Funeral Meals
• Prayer Chain
• Specialized needs (e.g.,transportation, computer advice, social service guidance, nutrition/exercise, etc.)
• Yearly evaluation of team’s ministries and their fruitfulness 

Reaching Team Leader: Joy Grady

Reaching Team Members: Ella Reff, Debbie Dolan, Woody Sears, RC Muhlbaier

Purpose: The purpose of this team is to connect with our neighbors, spreading the word about Jesus and our church, create a hospitable worship environment, and plug people into the church including those who may feel marginalized (Luke 14:21)
