If your child has an interest in church camp or a sport, leadership or fine arts related camp with a strong spiritual focus, the YUMC would like to help by funding 75% of the camp fees thanks to an endowment fund in honor of former YUMC members, Glen and Betty Schubert. The links below will make you aware of some other options out there. You will need to pay the fees for these non UMC camps up front, send us the receipts, and you will be reimbursed. Here are a few of the options available. See articles below for more information.

What would make summer camp even more fun? Going with your best friend! While the Schubert Endowment specifically identifies active students, the Leadership Council has decided that the YUMC can also make the same 75% of camp fees paid offer for a friend to go with you. See Pastor Kate or Gayle Gernand for more information.
