It is time for us to update our church directory. We are aware that several of you have moved, turned off your home phone, or have a new cell number. We need your help to make sure that we have the correct information. We would like you to give us your information so that we can make sure we have the most up to date information.

There are two ways to do this. First, you can do it online: https://form.jotform.com/231638719160155. This link is a safe place for you to submit your current phone number and address. Second, there are forms at the Church that you can fill out and return to the office at your convenience. They will be available on Sunday mornings. There will be a place to return completed forms as you exit the sanctuary.

As you fill out the form, you will see that we are asking for your birthdate. This will not be in the

directory. However, since we are updating your information, we would like to make sure that our

records are up to date. Thank you for assisting us in this process.
