More than half-way through the year, we continue to experience a very positive financial situation with our church general budget offerings exceeding our expenses by $10,121, with budget giving of $140,578 and operating expenses of $130,457 through the end of July. Due to our continued solid financial situation, the Leadership Council has been able to make many needed repairs and upgrades to our facilities. If you haven't noticed, there are all new exterior lights above all the doors, and since they are now LED, we save on the electric bill, and we do not have to change them frequently! We have also replaced the air conditioner in the pastor's office, as the old one was pushing 20 years old and terribly noisy and replaced all the burners in the big stove in the kitchen. In addition, we have updated and replaced both presentation projectors (front and back) in the sanctuary, and coming soon is new outdoor carpet for the front entry and office door steps and porch.
