For the last 3.5 years, R.C. Muhlbaier has served the Indiana Conference as the Associate Director of Leadership Development - Laity and Discipleship. R.C. has discerned a call to ministry in a local church setting and will be serving as a co-pastor at The Garden in Muncie with his wife, Rev. Kate Muhlbaier.
R.C. is leaving in high regard. "R.C. will be missed on our team as his contemplative approach to discipleship development through spiritual formation has been a blessing throughout our conference. We wish him the very best as he enters a new season of ministry,” said Shannon Stringer, Director of Leadership Development.
